Returns Policy

At Real Harrows, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to Request a Return

  1. Please use the Contact Form below to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to Real Harrows with the RA# clearly marked and include a copy of your original invoice.

 

Conditions

  • Returns must be in new, unused condition (excluding warranty claims).
  • Freight costs for return shipping are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a warranty issue.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returns for reasons other than shipping error or warranty.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
